Zimmi’s

Tucked away on a charming corner in the West Village, Zimmi’s brings the warmth of Provence to New York City. Helmed by chef Maxime Pradié, the menu showcases rustic yet refined Southern French dishes like pissaladière, lamb stew, and pastasciutta, all inspired by Pradié’s Franco-Italian heritage and summers in the South of France.

The intimate 37-seat space, curated by hospitality veteran Jenni Guizio, exudes an old-world charm with gingham tablecloths and antique decor. Complementing the cuisine is a thoughtfully selected wine list, emphasizing bottles from Provence and southern France.
