Zero Bond Code of Conduct
Guests
Members and their guests are expected to uphold the integrity and privacy of the club. Guests should not approach or solicit others with whom they are not personally acquainted. Each member may host up to three guests at a time, unless an approved reservation has been made in one of the restaurants or private rooms. All parties are kindly asked to wait in the lobby until the host member arrives. Hosts must remain with their guests for the duration of their visit and are fully responsible for their conduct. Any breach of Zero Bond’s code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation of privileges.
Children
Zero Bond is designed as an adult environment but welcomes children until 6PM. We ask that members remain considerate of others when bringing children. Children count toward the guest allowance (maximum of three total guests). After 6PM, entry is restricted to guests aged 21 and over.
Press & Social Media
Discretion is central to the Zero Bond community. To preserve the privacy of all members and guests, a strict no-press policy is in place. Members will be held accountable if they or their guests identify, photograph, or reference any other individuals present at Zero Bond in the press or on any social media platforms (including Meta, X, Instagram, TikTok, or personal blogs).
Photography
Photography and video recording of any kind are strictly prohibited and may result in loss of membership privileges.
Laptops, Tablets & Phones
Laptops and tablets may be used on the premises before 6PM. After 6PM, their use is limited to The Library and The Café. These devices are not permitted in The Members Grill or The Tasting Room at any time. Mobile phones must remain on silent or vibrate mode, and phone calls are only permitted in designated areas.
Dress Code
While there is no formal dress code, members and guests are encouraged to dress with intention and style. Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not suitably presented, including those wearing athletic attire, shorts, or open-toed shoes.
