Conceived by hospitality veteran Scott Sartiano, the restaurant is helmed by James Beard Award-winning Chef Alfred Portale and executive Chef Chris Lewnes. The menu reimagines Italian-American classics with contemporary flair, featuring dishes like lobster bucatini and Dover sole piccata.

Designed by Studio Sofield, the interiors evoke a moody Tuscan wine cellar, complete with exposed brick walls, Carrara marble counters, and luxurious leather seating. Sartiano’s offers an elegant dining experience that reflects both its Italian heritage and its vibrant SoHo surroundings.
