The Mercer's 73 rooms and suites seduce you with all the iconic qualities of New York City loft living--high ceilings, open floor plans, large windows with abundant natural light, and several feature exposed brick walls, fireplaces, and access to our courtyard through iron and glass French doors. The celebrated French interior designer and architect, Christian Liaigre, known for his romantic, minimalist aesthetic, designed our understated modern interiors, emphasizing comfort, harmonized proportions and calming, subtle color palettes. Hotel (The Mercer) is one of only a few hotels in America where his vision was fully realized.

Courtyard

Courtyard rooms are peaceful and bright with French doors overlooking a bamboo courtyard.

Mercer Room

Mercer rooms offer views of Mercer Street and have high ceilings and a sitting area for work or dining.

Mercer Room Deluxe

Located on Mercer Street, these spacious rooms benefit from high ceilings and two large windows giving an abundance of natural light.

Studio

Located on Prince Street, Studios benefit from an abundance of natural light, and a sitting area consisting of a sofa, oval table and leather chair.

Deluxe Studio

Overlooking Prince Street, Mercer Street or the bamboo courtyard, Deluxe Studios have high ceilings, large windows and spacious rooms with a sitting/dining area or work space.

Loft Studio

These loft like studios have significant natural light, and are located on Prince Street or overlooking the courtyard.

Loft Suite

Loft Suites are situated on the top (6th) floor, are either rectangular or L-shaped, and have a large living room, dining area and work space.

Corner Loft

Corner Loft wraps the front corner of the building, overlooking Soho.

Penthouse Loft

The rectangular Penthouse Loft is located on the top (6th) floor of the hotel on the courtyard side, with hardwood floors, a large living room, kitchenette, dining space and French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony.

Courtyard Loft

The Courtyard Loft is located on the courtyard side of the hotel, with high French doors that open to your private 950 sq.

2 BDR Deluxe and Loft Studio Connecting

Overlooking Prince Street, Mercer Street or the bamboo courtyard, the 2 BDR Deluxe and Loft Studio Connecting Rooms are comprised of a Deluxe Studio and Loft Studio that connect via a shared foyer.

2 BDR SOHO Suite

This Suite is two interconnecting Loft Suites, one of the Loft Suites has a king bed, hard wood floors, large living room area, exposed brick with wood-burning fireplace and a bathroom with a separate oversized bath tub.

2 BDR Corner Suite

Our newly-unveiled Corner Suite is a 1400 square foot Christian Liaigre designed space.

2 BDR Penthouse Suite

The 2BDR Penthouse Suite is comprised of a Deluxe Studio and adjoining Penthouse Loft with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony, hardwood floors, living room and dining space with kitchenette.
