Just moments from the hotel, Lore Bathing Club offers a contemporary interpretation of one of the world’s oldest rituals. Rooted in the tradition of communal bathing, Lore reimagines contrast therapy for modern life, inviting guests into a slower, more intentional rhythm.

Set across two thoughtfully designed floors, the experience unfolds as a sensory journey through heat and cold. Guests move between dry and infrared saunas and a cold plunge, allowing the body to reset and restore. Both grounding and energizing, it offers a quiet counterpoint to the pace of the city.

Interiors are shaped by natural materials and elemental contrasts, with warm woods, stone, and sculptural forms guiding the experience from one space to the next. Every detail is considered, yet nothing feels excessive, reinforcing a sense of calm and clarity throughout.

The Experience

Each visit is designed to be unhurried and intuitive. Guests move at their own pace between saunas and cold plunge, following the natural rhythm of heat and cold.

Sessions are 75 minutes, encouraging more frequent, consistent practice rather than extended stays.

Guidelines

Lore is a shared, private environment designed for quiet restoration and respect for others.

Reservations are required to guarantee entry. Cancellations should be made at least one hour in advance. Late arrivals beyond a 15-minute window may require rescheduling based on availability.

Guests are asked to arrive prepared with a swimsuit. Water is encouraged; glass is not permitted.

To preserve the atmosphere of the space, phones are not permitted beyond the locker rooms.

Sauna and cold immersion are intentionally immersive experiences. Guests are encouraged to move through them mindfully, stay hydrated, and listen to their bodies. Those with medical considerations are advised to consult a physician in advance.
