Clemente Bar is a true “artist’s living room,” where guests are surrounded by site-specific works by contemporary artist and dear friend of chef David Humm, Francesco Clemente. Inspired by the art-adorned walls of Kronenhalle— chef Humm’s favorite bar from his childhood in Switzerland—its thoughtfully curated design pays homage to a legacy of creative expression. Complementing the space is an equally meticulously crafted drink menu, developed by Eleven Madison Park’s Beverage Director, Sebastian Tollius.
The selection showcases playful yet technically refined cocktails, spanning a diverse range of flavor profiles, from classic to nostalgic to unexpected.
