( Welcome )

The Mercer, at Mercer and Prince Streets, is Soho’s foremost five star luxury hotel, offering an authentic taste of downtown loft living, albeit with elegance, elan and innate discretion. A serene and sophisticated refuge nestled in the heart of SoHo, The Mercer Hotel represents a perfect blend of modern luxury, historic charm, and understated elegance. It is a place where time slows down, offering discerning guests an intimate and personalized experience away from the frenzy of the city, while still being deeply connected to its vibrant cultural fabric. Our 73 guest rooms on six floors in a landmark Romanesque revival building overlook the ultimate in street scenes or our quiet Terrace garden. We are both hotel and home.

( The Mercer ) Dining

Sartiano’s modern Italian dining, combining the hospitality of Scott Sartiano and the cuisine of James Beard Award winner Alfred Portale, offers casual dishes in the off lobby café and a more formal (though still casual) experience in the stunning downstairs dining room. Lovely in the way of Rome’s Borghese Villa, Sartiano’s is unmistakably elegant: the open kitchen, Carrera bar, Hollywood banquettes and communal table envelop guests in all senses. Of course and as ever, hotel guests may enjoy the privacy of the lobby and room service should they prefer a more intimate experience.
